(This home was in great shape in a great neighborhood, all payments were up to date, but the owners had moved, and was paying for two houses)
    Hi George,
    Here are a few words which may assist you with your new website.
    My husband and I listed our home with a local Realtor without any success  for almost a year.  Due to the declining prices in the market and the overwhelming flood of homes in the area on the market we decided to seek out a buyer on our own and found George Beardsley.
    Once he looked at our home, which had been well kept, we quickly got down to discussing an ameniable agreement  which went quickly and efficiently within a matter of weeks. His professionalism was appreciated and the transaction was handled discretely as requested.
    I would recommend his assistance to anyone who prefers to get a quick sale and avoid the continuation  of the burden of a mortgage, insurance and taxes any longer.

     This is a testimonial  on how George made it possible for us to own a home.  We saw his sign in a yard that was in an area we really wanted to continue living in.  "Rent to Own with 100% of your rent toward  down payment."  Right, with the market like it was it sounded too good to be true.  The contract was so easy to understand; I felt I was missing something.  I had three others, including an attorney read it over and they too agreed that it was written so us common folk could understand, and all looked good.  1 week later we were in the house.

     We had 30 days to have any concerns addressed then we were on our own.  We found a couple of things, and they were addressed and rectified immediately.  Then it was like the 28th 29th day and we felt wee had an A/C problem, but it was intermittent.  Well we called, George had it checked out, found nothing.  Well it continued, George made it right and stuck with us until they could pinpoint the problem and correct it.  That was well past our 30 days.  George himself came out the second month because I  thought the dishwasher was acting up, he tore it all apart and actually ended this service call with a lesson on how to operate the dishwasher.  He has addressed all our concerns and has gone above and beyond.  We are very grateful and fortunate to have found this house.  Thank you George.

    (When this couple called foreclosure was working its way all too close to the Court House Steps)
    In December of 2005, my husband and I were in a major bind due to a situation.   We were about to lose the home that has been in my family since the day it was built.  Basically the finance company was unwilling to work with us so at the last resort we started calling places that advertised we will buy your house and no  one called us aback.  So when we saw George's ad we called figuring he wouldn't call back either.  To our surprise, he called back the same day and came over the very next day to see the house.  We signed an agreement that day and was closing within a week.  Since this was a family house, he let us stay living here.  Of course we pay rent but when and if we want to, we have the understanding that we can buy it back, which is something no one l else in the business would agree to.  George is one of the nicest men I know and one of the most understanding as well.  (Still living in Pasco, and at home)
